How much does AIReady cost?

The AIReady platform subscription is $4,800 per year, or $500 per month — a flat price with unlimited learner usage and no per-learner fees. Enterprise pricing is custom, and optional custom-built interactions start at $5,000 each.

Can we build our own AI interactions with AIReady?

Yes. Every subscription includes portal access, a starter Articulate Storyline file, and two onboarding calls — if you can build a Storyline or Rise course, you can build with AIReady. No coding or AI expertise is required.

Can Artha Learning build AI interactions for us?

Yes. Custom builds start at $5,000 per interaction and include learning strategy, prompt design, document grounding, custom interface, testing, and deployment — about 4 weeks for a standard build. Custom builds run on top of an active AIReady platform subscription.

Does AIReady offer enterprise licensing?

Yes. AIReady Enterprise gives each business unit its own separate AI environment under a single enterprise agreement, with volume licensing, governance and admin controls, priority support, custom onboarding, and procurement-friendly terms (PO, invoice, annual).

What does unlimited AI usage mean in AIReady?

Unlimited AI usage for learning means you can deploy AIReady across as many courses, modules, and learners as you need with no per-learner fees, no token math, and no usage meters — subject to fair use and our terms.
